06/01/26 Gutter clean out is scheduled for Wednesday June 3, 2026. Please cover or bring any furniture/outdoor decor to save your items from debris. Residents on the top floor are affected the most.

05/22/26 The pool will be open for the season starting today after 6:00 PM. Keys will be available for pick up from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the pool. Keys will also be available for pick up at HPM starting on Tuesday (05/26/26). Only Owners and Property Managers are allowed to sign out keys unless an Owner emails HPM at info@hpmgj.com or brieana@hpmgj.com and gives permission for their tenant (by name) to pick up a key. Please adhere to all pool rules. Happy Summer!

02/19/26 Next board meeting dates: Feb 11, May 20, June 17, July 15, August 19, September 16, October 21, November 18, & December 16 at 5 pm.

Members wishing to attend board meetings can do so via zoom link only.
