02/19/26 The 2026 Annual Meeting is scheduled for March 11, 2026 at 6pm at Mesa County Libraries Central Library, 443 N 6th St, Grand Junction, CO 81501 in the Monument Room. The Annual Meeting packet is posted below under 'Custom Documents'.

02/19/26 Next board meeting dates: Feb 11, May 20, June 17, July 15, August 19, September 16, October 21, November 18, & December 16 at 5 pm.

Members wishing to attend board meetings can do so via zoom link only.

The Board of Directors has chosen Heritage Property Management to assist in the affairs and management of the HOA effective 12/1/2025.
