
01/13/26 *TRASH- Owners and residents are responsible for taking trash to the dumpsters. Please do not leave trash bags outside of your front door.
The City will complete Spring clean-up. Pepper Tree HOA is not included. Do not leave items/debris on the street.
*SWAM COOLERS- Owners are responsible for maintaining and repairing the lines of the swam cooler. This is not the responsibility of the HOA.
01/13/26 Pepper Tree HOA assessed a Special Assessment for the next 12 months to cover insurance premiums. Each Unit is assessed $77 per month in addition to monthly dues that have increased to $222 per month. Late fees will be assessed begining March 1, 2026. The notice is posted below under 'Custom Documents'.
01/06/25 The January Board Meeting was held on Monday January 12, 2026 at 5:30 PM at 586 W Indian Creek Dr #2. Minutes are posted below.
12/23/25 The 2026 Annual Meeting was held on Wednesday December 10, 2025 at 5:30 PM. Meeting minutes are posted below.
10/02/25 Thompson's will be winterizing the irrigation system on October 16, 2025.
7/29/25 A water leak occurred in Building 589 early this morning. The main water valve had to be shut off. As of right now, Buildings 587, 589, 591 currently do not have water.
We are working now to find and repair the leak. Water should be restored to these buildings by the end of today, if anything changes I will send out another email.
Please communicate with your tenants/property managers if applicable.
The Board of Directors has chosen Heritage Property Management to assist in the affairs and management of the HOA effective 03/01/2025.
