HOA Responsible for: Management Services, Insurance, Taxes, Landscape of Common Area, Irrigation System (electricity/water shares, turn on & winterization, backflow prevention testing, etc.), HOA Sign.

Schools: Tope Elementary, West Middle, & Grand Junction High School
