06/20/24 The 2024 Annual Meeting has been rescheduled and will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 6:00PM at 32 Pullman St instead of Tuesday, June 25, 2024. There will still be a Board Meeting, open to all Owners, held on June 25th at 6:00 PM at 32 Pullman St.  Please contact HPM if you have any questions. 

04/09/24 Dues will increase to $150/month or $450/quarter effective 07/01/24. Notice is posted under Custom Documents.

The Board of Directors has chosen Heritage Property Management to assist in the affairs and management of the HOA effective 10/01/2023.

HOA Responsible for: Management Services, Insurance, Taxes, Landscape of Common Area, Irrigation System (electricity/water shares, turn on & winterization, backflow prevention testing), HOA Sign.

Schools: Johnson Elementary School, Centennial Middle School, Montrose High School
