HOA Responsible for: Management Services, Fairway Villas Insurance, Taxes, Landscape of Common Area, Irrigation System (electricity/water shares, start-up & winterization), HOA Entry Sign.

Schools: Wingate Elementary School, Redlands Middle School, Fruita 8/9 School (For 9th Grade Only), & Fruita Monument High School
