HOA Responsible for: Management Services, Insurance, Taxes, Landscape of Common Area, Irrigation System , HOA sign. Code Enforcement. Maintenance of the V-pan drainage and detention pond area. The HOA maintains the cistern/weir and divides the clean out and maintenance of the weir with Redtail I, located north of the Association.
Each owner is responsible for installing their own pump to deliver water to their individual lot.
