04/22/26  Irrigation is off this morning, we are working on this unknown issue.

04/21/26 The water is on. This is a friendly reminder that with the low water levels this year; it is up to the homeowner to check that water is available before running their pump. The HOA is not responsible for homeowners’ pumps. Please contact us, if you have any questions.

02/20/26 The 2026 Annual Meeting was held on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 5:30PM at 119 Dry Creek Court. Meeting minutes are posted below.

10/15/25 Irrigation is scheduled to be shut off on October 21, 2025. Homeowners are responsible for winterizing their individual sprinkler systems.

Transfer Fee: $150 payable to Heritage Property Management

One Time Irrigation Capital Assessment for New Buyers: $300 

Insurance Provider: State Farm - Cassie Wilson - 970-523-6700

HOA Responsible for: Management Services, Insurance, Taxes, Landscape of Common Area, Irrigation System , HOA sign. Code Enforcement. Maintenance of the V-pan drainage and detention pond area. The HOA maintains the cistern/weir and divides the clean out and maintenance of the weir with Redtail I, located north of the Association.

Each owner is responsible for installing their own pump to deliver water to their individual lot.
