The Board of Directors has chosen Heritage Property Management to assist in the affairs and management of the HOA effective 03/13/2023.

One Time Irrigation Capital Assessment for New Buyers: $300 

Insurance Provider: American Family - Jeff Crandell - 970-257-1160

HOA Responsible for: Management Services, Insurance, Taxes, Landscape of Common Area, Irrigation System , HOA sign. Code Enforcement. Maintenance of the V-pan drainage and detention pond area. The HOA maintains the cistern/weir and divides the clean out and maintenance of the weir with Redtail I, located north of the Association.

Each owner is responsible for installing their own pump to deliver water to their individual lot.
