01/24/2025 The 2025 Annual Meeting was held on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at 5:30 PM at Appleton Christian Church. Meeting Minutes are posted below.

10/11/2024 The Fall Neighborhood Garage Sale is scheduled for tomorrow Saturday, October 12th. 

09/11/2024 Thompsons will be treating the gravel for weeds. Also the parks will be treated for grub control. This will take place tomorrow, Sept. 12th.

09/04/2024 The next Board Meeting will be held this Thursday, September 5th at the 24rd Starbucks. Please let the Board know if you will be attending. 

08/06/2024 The next Board Meeting will be held this Thursday, August 8th at Mesa County Central Library conference room at 5:30 PM. Anyone that would like to attend is welcome. 

06/06/2024 The next Board Meeting will be held this Thursday, June 6th at the 25 Rd Starbucks at 5:30 PM. Please let the Board know if you will be attending.

03/12/2024 Please stain fences with the approved Sherwin-Williams Woodscapes Semi-Transparent Stain #3511, Cedar Bark. 

03/04/2024 Thompson's will be applying weed control tomorrow, Tuesday, March 5th. Please keep children and pets off of the grass for at least 24 hours.

01/16/2023 The Board of Directors has chosen Heritage Property Management to assist in the affairs and management of the HOA effective 01/12/23.

HOA Responsible For: Managment Services, Insurance, Taxes, Landscape of Common Area, Irrigation System (electricity/water shares, turn on & winterize, backflow prevention testing, etc.), HOA sign. 

Schools: Pomona Elementary School, West Middle School, Grand Junction High School
