10/11/24 The Fall Neighborhood Garage Sale is scheduled for tomorrow Saturday, October 12th.

09/11/24 Thompsons will be treating the gravel for weeds. Also the parks will be treated for grub control. This will take place tomorrow, Sept. 12th.

09/04/24 The next Board Meeting will be held this Thursday, September 5th at the 24rd Starbucks. Please let the Board know if you will be attending.

08/06/24 The next Board Meeting will be held this Thursday, August 8th at Mesa County Central Library conference room at 5:30 PM. Anyone that would like to attend is welcome.

06/06/24 The next Board Meeting will be held this Thursday, June 6th at the 25 Rd Starbucks at 5:30 PM. Please let the Board know if you will be attending.

04/30/24 The next Board Meeting will be held this Thursday, May 2, 2024 at the 25 Rd Starbucks at 5:30 PM. Please let the Board know if you will be attending.

03/12/24 Please stain fences with the approved Sherwin-Williams Woodscapes Semi-Transparent Stain #3511, Cedar Bark.

03/04/24 Thompson's will be applying weed control tomorrow, Tuesday, March 5th. Please keep children and pets off of the grass for at least 24 hours.

01/23/2024 The 2024 Annual Meeting was held on Monday, January 22, 2024 at 5:30 PM at Appleton Christian Church. Meeting minutes are posted below.

01/16/2023 The Board of Directors has chosen Heritage Property Management to assist in the affairs and management of the HOA effective 01/12/23.
