11/06/24 The 2024 Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at 6 PM at the Lincoln Orchard Mesa Elementary School. The 2025 Proposed Budget and Meeting Agenda are posted below.

09/30/24 Irrigation will be shut off Monday, October 21, 2024. The last day to water will be Sunday, October 20, 2024.

03/28/24 Irrigation water will be available on 04/09/2024 mid morning.

12/28/23 The 2023 Annual Meeting was held on Monday, December 11, 2023. Meeting minutes are posted below.

10/17/23 Irrigation water will be shut off effective October 26, 2023. Last day to use irrigation water willl be October 25,2023.

The Board of Directors has chosen Heritage Property Management to assist in the affairs and management of the HOA effective 01/05/2023.

Schools: Mesa View Elementary School, Orchard Mesa Middle School, Central High School
