09.16.22  Due to the amount of rain we have recently received, the Landscape Center will NOT be mowing on Monday September 19th.  They will resume their regular schedule on September 26th.


09.15.22  The Annual Meeting is scheduled for October 11, 2022 at 6:15 PM. Appleton Elementary Cafeteria 2358 H Road. Grand Junction


08.05.22  Water is on and a solution may have been found to prevent the system drawing in air.


Everyone needs to stick to the watering schedule to prevent further damage to the irrigation equipment.


08/04/22  Irrigation water is intermittent.  People, it is imparative that everyone stick to the watering schedule that was put into place. This helps keep the pump running and helps avoid the pump airlocking. Issues are being explored and solutions are being researched.


 


07/19/22  The irrigation repair has been made and the water is back on.


 


6/22/22  Apple Glen HOA common areas turf fertilization and weed control being performed on Monday, June 27, 2022


6/22/22 NOTICE TO ALL: Any exterior changes or  landscaping requires an ACCO Request Form to be submitted to the Board for review. This form can be found under custom documents  at the bottom of this page. Keep in mind that there is a 10' easement off the existing back fence/property line.  Should an entity need to excavate and access this easement, any plants,trees, irrrigation etc. would potentially be removed or destroyed.


 


05/06/22 NOTICE: Per the CCR's - ARTICLE III Section 3.2 (b): "All garbage containers shall be kept within garages or enclosed backyards so as to not be visible from neighboring properties." 


ARTICLE III Sectrion 3.5 (b) addresses "parking of RV's, boats, campers, trailers, snomobiles, ATV's etc, may be stored on a Lot ONLY if placed within a garage, placed in an ACC-approved outbuilding or screened storage facility."


05/05/22 TLC mowing/detail crew will be servicing the property on MONDAYS.


05/01/22  The Board of Directors has chosen Heritage Property Management to assist in the affairs and management of the HOA.
