04/17/24 Irrigation is now ON. Please adhere to the watering schedule and contact HPM with any questions.

10.19.23 Irrigation will be shut down October 26, 2023. Please fill out this form to have your individual system winterized. You must sign up before 7pm on Wednesday 10/25. The cost is $45 (cash or check). Make checks out to RD Sprinklers. If you are not going to be home on 10/26, you can mail payment to RD Sprinklers, PO Box 40938, Grand Junction, CO 81504.

Everyone needs to stick to the watering schedule to prevent further damage to the irrigation equipment.

6/22/22 NOTICE TO ALL: Any exterior changes or landscaping requires an ACCO Request Form to be submitted to the Board for review. This form can be found under custom documents at the bottom of this page. Keep in mind that there is a 10' easement off the existing back fence/property line. Should an entity need to excavate and access this easement, any plants,trees, irrrigation etc. would potentially be removed or destroyed.

05/06/22 NOTICE: Per the CCR's - ARTICLE III Section 3.2 (b): "All garbage containers shall be kept within garages or enclosed backyards so as to not be visible from neighboring properties."

ARTICLE III Sectrion 3.5 (b) addresses "parking of RV's, boats, campers, trailers, snomobiles, ATV's etc, may be stored on a Lot ONLY if placed within a garage, placed in an ACC-approved outbuilding or screened storage facility."

05/05/22 TLC mowing/detail crew will be servicing the property on MONDAYS.

05/01/22 The Board of Directors has chosen Heritage Property Management to assist in the affairs and management of the HOA.
