10/31/24 An informational meeting regarding the Redlands 360 development is scheduled for November 13th from 6:00-8:00pm at the Monument Baptist Church, 486 23 Road. Officials for the City of Grand Junction and Redlands 360 development team will be available to provide design info, timing and construction information regarding the following topics:
1) Future roundabout located on Highway 340 at 23 Road
2) Redlands 360 Filing 3 - the entry road and internal roundabout at the northeast corner of the property (23 Road and S. Broadway)
3) Redlands 360 Filing 2 - the 20 acre parcel located at the intersection of S. Broadway and S. Camp Road
