10/16/24 Please be aware that there are intermittent issues with the irrigation system that is causing the pump to lose pressure. Due to it being so late in the season, winterization of the system will be scheduled soon and repairs will be addressed at start up in 2025.

09/05/24 Irrigation is currently unavailable due to a repair. 

06/25/24 Irrigation is currently unavailable due to a repair. 

02/29/24 The 2024 Annual Meeting was held on Wednesday, February 28,2024 at 2:00 PM at the Hertiage Property Management Office. Meeting minutes are posted below. 

10.19.23 Irrigation will be shut off and winterized effective October 23, 2023.

01.18.23  Annual Meeting was held February 8th, 2023. Minutes are posted below.

As of February 15, 2022, the Board has chosen Heritage Propery Management to assist in the affairs and management of the Association.
