05/23/24 Annual meeting to be held 06/28/2024 at 6PM.

05/20/24 Irrigation water is currently unavailable due to maintenance.

04/17/24 Homeowners are reminded to shut off their valves in preparation for irrigation water expected 04/22/24.

04/25/23 ANNUAL MEETING was held May 24th at 5:30 PM. Minutes poted below.

05/02/22 The annual meeting was held May 19th at 6 PM in the common area. Bring a chair.

01/21/22 As of January 21st, 2022, the Board of Directors has chosen Heritage Property Management to assist in the affairs and management of the HOA.

HOA Responsibilities: Management Services, Insurance, Taxes, Landscape of Common Area, Irrigation System (electricity / water shares / turn on and winterize, back flow testing, etc).

Schools: Dos Rios Elementary - Orchard Mesa Middle School - Grand Junction High School
