05/02/22 Watering schedule for summer 2022: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday: 11AM to 2PM and 5:30PM to 9PM. Water is on before 11 but pressure is needed to water the common areas. Please be sure to schedule your watering around this schedule.


               


05/02/22 The annual meeting is scheduled for May 19th at 6 PM in the common area. Bring a chair.


01/21/22 As of January 21st, 2022, the Board of Directors has chosen Heritage Property Management to assist in the affairs and manamgement of the HOA.

HOA Responsibilities: Management Services, Insurance, Taxes, Landscape of Common Area, Irrigation System (electricity / water shares / turn on and winterize, back flow testing, etc).


Schools:  Dos Rios Elementary -  Orchard Mesa Middle School - Grand Junction High School
