05.19.23  There is an issue with the irrigation system and a broken line. The HOA Board is working on getting the problem resolved and water on.

04/25/23 ANNUAL MEETING was held May 24th at 5:30 PM. Minutes poted below.

05/02/22 Watering schedule for summer 2022: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday: 11AM to 2PM and 5:30PM to 9PM. Water is on before 11 but pressure is needed to water the common areas. Please be sure to schedule your watering around this schedule.     

05/02/22 The annual meeting was held May 19th at 6 PM in the common area. Bring a chair.

01/21/22 As of January 21st, 2022, the Board of Directors has chosen Heritage Property Management to assist in the affairs and manamgement of the HOA.
