12/27/21  The  Board of Directors has chosen Heritage Property Management to assist with the affairs and management of the  Association.





HOA DUES: $2300/year  Due in full by March 31st.

Transfer Fee: $100 payable to Heritage Property Management


Insurance Provider: Philadelphia Insurance - Moody Valley Insurnace - 970-243-3421


HOA Responsible for: Mangement Services, Insurance, Taxes, Landscape of Common Area, Irrigation System ( electricity/water shares/ turn on and winterize, backflow prevention tresting, etc), association fences, HOA sign. 


 Schools: Scenic Elementary, Redlands Middle School, Fruita Monument High
