11/17/25 The 2026 Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday December 17, 2025 at 6:00 PM and will be located at the Clifton Library. The Annual Meeting Packet is posted below under "Custom Documents".

10/02/25 The HOA irrigation system will be shut down and winterized on October 15, 2025.

HOA Responsible for: Management services, Insurance (insurance appraisal 1x per year included with insurance), Taxes, Landscape of Common Area, Irrigation System (electricity/ water shares/ turn on and winterize, backflow prevention testing, etc), water/sewer/trash, exterior maintenance of building including roof

Schools: Lincoln Orchard Mesa Elementary, Orchard Mesa Middle, Grand Junction High
