10/15/18-- Patterson Gardens Annual Meeting will be held Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at Heritage Property Management (minutes from the 2017 meeting held on 11/20/17 posted below)
07/02/18- Pool update-- The pool will remain closed for 2018. The following repairs will need to be made before it can be opened:
Roof repairs/patio cover repair- $14,300 (starting mid-July 2018)
Pool house painting- $3,700
Painting will be postponed until the 2019 budget is prepared and reviewed. But the good news is there will NOT need to be another special assessment as long as the HOA watches funds and keeps the pool closed for 2018!
HOA Dues: $200/month (due on the 1st of each month)
