06/16/22  Termite inspections are scheduled for September 22, 2022 starting at 9 am. Storage units will need to be empty and not swept or cleaned. Interior inspections will be required. Access to interiors will be necessary. Please start making arrangements now to make this operation as smooth as possible.


 


05/25/22 POOL will open June 1st, 2022. Previous codes will no longer work. ALL tenants/owners required to update all information before receiving Pool Codes. Please call HPM for further instructions.


05/25/22  Pet fees are increasing as of July 1st, 2022.


4/14/22  Due to unforeseen issues, the pool will not be opening until the 1st of June. Sooner if possible. Watch for updates.


 


The Annual Meeting was held  Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at 6:30PM via Zoom. Meeting minutes are posted below.


 


11/22/21  The next Board Meeting will be held on November 23rd, 2021 at 6:30 PM via telephone conference.


4/21/21  The pool will remain closed this year (2021) for Covid repairs. We look forward to seeing everyone next year.
