The next Board Meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at 6:30 pm via teleconference.
5/20/2020 - The pool will remain closed pending further action from the state. This will also be re-evaluated at the next Board Meeting.
5/20/2020 - Terminix will be on site in August (exact dates yet to be determined). All units will need to have their storage units emptied out and available for the inspection. Any unit not available for inspection on the scheduled date will miss this important service provided for you by your HOA. If termites are discovered near units that are not available for inspection, those units will be rescheduled at their convenience, but will be charged for the return visit by Terminix. Updates will be posted as available.
