04/11/25 Irrigation is scheduled to be available between April 14, 2025 and April 16, 2025.

03/05/25 The 2025 Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at 4:00 PM at Heritage Property Management (2650 North Ave #116 Grand Junction, CO 81501). The Agenda and Proposed Budget are posted below under 'Custom Documents'.

10/25/24 Irrigation will be shut off by October 31st.

10/7/24 Irrigation update. The irrigation water will be off until the evening of the 8th of October, for repair.

04/31/24 The 2024 Annual Meeting was held on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 4pm at the Heritage Property Management office. Meeting Minutes are posted below.
