04/24/22 The north line has been cleared and the water is flowing.

04/20/22 The water will be turned off today around 11 for the blockage cleaning. 

 04/12/22 The Annual Meeting was held April 12, 2022. Meeting minutes will be posted below.

04/11/2022 Irrigation water may be available as soon as April 14/15. Peaceful Valley is projecting by the weekend of April 16th.

03/25/22 The Annual Meeting was held  April 12, 2022 at the Heritage Property Managemnt office. 5PM Meeting minutes are posted below.

4 /8/2021  The irrigation gates are being closed on Friday, April 9 2021

6/5/2020 - If there is an issue with the irrigation system please contact HPM at 970-243-3186. 

2/17/20 - The Annual Meeting is scheduled for April 14, 2020 at 5:00pm at HPM. Meeting notices will be sent with further information. - This meeting has been delayed. It will be re-scheduled when possible.
