10/1/17--Grand Valley Irrigation Distrist has informed us irrigation water will be turned off on Monday, October 30, 2017.
4/26/17--The Bell Ridge annual meeting was held on April 25. Minutes are posted below.
4/7/17--Irrigation water should now be available to all Bell Ridge homes!
2/20/17--We have recieved numerous queries regarding the increased dues for 2017 for Bell Ridge HOA. The possibility of contracting with a professional management company was previously discussed as was the need to increase dues to offset those costs. The Board felt that hiring HPM would be the best option for the HOA and this was done last year for various reasons, including the reluctance of homeowner's to get involved and participate in the management tasks.
